LifeHacker has some good points in their “Easy Ways to Go Green with your Computer” article when it comes to saving energy while helping the environment at the same time. I recently moved into my first apartment and I used all of these tips before reading this article. Check it out, if you’re not big on going green than you can at least save some money. I used to be one of these people that left their computer on 24/7 and just switched the monitor off. After a couple $200 light bills, I decided to make a change after I moved into my own place. I haven’t gotten my first light bill but I’m am positive it won’t be $200.
