Two Short and Free Ways to Boost Your Morning Energy Exponentially
A typical morning for me is waking up to my cell phone’s alarm clock at 7:50, hitting snooze and laying there till 8 sometimes 10 to 15 minutes later. Eventually I’ll get up, take a shower and head out the dooring. No breakfast and no exercise. Now I’m aware that this isn’t healthy and probably shouldn’t continue this routine. I would say it’s a safe bet that this is similar to a lot of other people’s mornings, with the addition of a coffee or caffeine. Well Dumb Little Man has post an article that he claims will boost your morning energy exponentially for people like me. They are also very short and cost nothing to do. So why wouldn’t you (or I) adapt this into my morning routine? The answer is simple. There is no reason!
